WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY

COMMENTS

MAILING LIST FOR UPDATES AND NEWSLETTERS

As part of the subscription process for our mailing list for email updates, we collect personal information such as your name and email address. We use that to share with you the news, updates and opportunities you have signed-up for. We do not sell, rent or trade email lists with other organisations, businesses or third parties. We share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf. You can unsubscribe to this mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email or by contacting us at michelle(at)thegreatfull.com.

WORKSHOP, RETREAT AND EVENT SIGN-UPS

As part of our sign up process for workshops, retreats or events, we collect participants’ names, email addresses and additional information depending on the offering. We use this to stay in contact with you and to deliver the experience you have signed up for. We will not use your data to send you information or updates unless you give us explicit permission to do so. We use Acuity Scheduling for Squarespace to collect and store email addresses and associated participant data.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We do not rent, trade, sell or share your personal data with any third party. We only use the services listed above to collect and store your data.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

Generally speaking, we only store your data as long as needed to deliver the request or service you have signed up for. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
