Turmeric Mango Smoothie
Here is a turmeric mango smoothie recipe for a simple and delicious treat that will bring a bit of sunshine and happiness into your day!

Turmeric Mango Smoothie
Total time: 5 mins
Serves: 1 Large Glass / 2 Small
Ingredients
1 cup Plant Based Milk
2 Dates, pitted
75 mL Mango Puree*
1 teaspoon Turmeric Spice Mix, alternatively just add 1 tsp powdered turmeric)
1 large Frozen Banana (make sure ripe before freezing)
2 ice cubes
Optional: squeeze of lime or lemon juice
*NOTE: Choose a mango puree that does not have any added sugar and contains only pureed mango. I can find this in the sauces section of my supermarket, but you may have to ask for it. Alternatively, you can make this yourself by blending up some very ripe mangoes. You can also simply replace the puree with ½ large mango or 1 small mango. Just make sure the mango is really ripe.
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are liquefied, usually 1-2 minutes depending on your blender. Pour into a glass and serve.
